Mytholoy (May/June 2007 issue) Zod was put in the Phantom Zone before the 1600s [later released then put back again] and he contacted Margaret Isobel Theroux, the ancestor of Lana Lang, to bring him the crystals. There are flashbacks to 1985 and 1965 revolving around a younger Virgil Swann and a younger Genevieve Teague, and most importantly - the Veritas Society.

Hole (November/December 2007 issue) Clark, Chloe, and Lois investigate one of Lex's construction projects and Lois gets trapped with Clark underground.

Quest (January/February 2008) [Guess they ran out of title ideas] Clark goes on a vision quest due to dust from the Black Mercy plant while Martian Manhunter battles Taanzor, a Phantom Zoner inhabiting Martha Kent's body.
